The concept papers under TAW programme are produced on the basis of the issues concerning medium and long term aid provision provided to tsunami affected communities. The objective of these papers is to enhance the sustainability and independency of the affected communities. In the hope that after TAW programme ends, tsunami affected communities would beable to get back on their own two feet and be independent from outside help.
